Tomato Clock

The tomato clock, also known as the Pomodoro Technique, is a time management method that uses a timer to break work into intervals, or "pomodoros", separated by short breaks. The name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Francesco Cirillo, the technique's developer, used as a university student. The idea is that the timer creates a sense of urgency, encouraging users to focus and make progress on a task within the time limit. Frequent breaks can also help improve productivity, reduce procrastination, and manage distractions.
